Wideluxx update - panoramic goodness

Pano and sprocket goodness, coming soon.

The news that Jeff Bridges is a Widely fan isn’t new and it’s been known for a while that he’s heading up a new version of the much loved camera but in recent days things have forged ahead and a release date is looking closer than ever.

If you weren’t aware a new company has been set up, Silver Bridges, to resurrect the Widelux, now called a Wideluxx which looks very similar to the original, with the same styling, rotating lens and operating mechanisms. There isn’t a lot of information on it yet but a video on their site shows the pure joy on the faces of Jeff and his wife, as they open up the first production units, load it and take some shots.

I’ll post again as and when new info is announced.
